Meet The Team

Carol Dyer - Director/Data Protection Officer

I have worked in care settings for the whole of my adult life and my qualifications include Registered Managers Award, NVQ 4 in Health & Social Care, PBS tutor, Further & Adult Education Teachers Certificate, Certificate in Learning Disabilities, British Sign Language, Certificate in Social Care. I have a passion to strive for a world where everyone is treated with dignity and respect – this Includes our service users and also our staff. I spend my spare time acting with Stanley Players (oh yes I do!), playing netball, listening to live music, drinking good beer, travelling and spending time with my family.

Rich Dyer – Director (I’m supposed to be retired)

After many years of working in Local Government I joined our previous company as Director of Facilities (handyman). I am full of admiration for the way our staff carry out their work.
I enjoy travel, most sports, theatre and food.

Carol Haines – Registered Manager

I am very proud to be the registered manager at Carich Care, having such a dedicated and devoted staff team, that all work so hard to ensure the individuals we support have meaningful days, lots of activities and new experiences.

Not sure where four years have gone, we have grown form a small team and one service, to a much larger team and four services.

It has all been very exciting to see our expansion, a lot of hard work, worth every moment!!

We have met with some challenges and overcome, we have made great relationships with incredible family’s that support their loved one’s and staff alike,  so we do feel like one big family !!

Chloe Parnell - Deputy Manager/Director

Hi, I’m Chloe - I’ve been the deputy manager at Carich Care for just over 3 years now. One of my proudest achievements is helping to manage such a dedicated team of support staff - getting through COVID together and now working incredibly hard to facilitate life goals for the individuals we support. It’s not often you can truly say you love your job, but I’m lucky to be able to say this!

Carole Thomas - Team Leader

Hi I’m Carole and I’ve been working for Carich Care since June 2019 and I recently became a Team Leader. I really enjoy working with this great team and I am excited about the challenges my new role will bring.

Laura Shaw - Team Leader

I enjoy my job as a support worker and have now been appointed as a Team Leader. I enjoy supporting the service users and spreading my positivity and smiley nature around them, as well as my colleagues.

Maisie King - Team Leader
