Laura serves as the team leader for two services under Carich Care. Since joining the organization in January 2020, she has immersed herself in her role and the individuals they support, gaining invaluable insights and expertise. Guided by a commitment to person-centered support, Laura finds fulfillment in ensuring each person receives tailored care.
She is also pursuing her Level 3 qualification in Adult Care Work and has completed a 'Train the Trainer' course, which allows her to provide in-house moving and handling training. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
