Pay: £11.44-£14.94 per hour

Key Person Specification:

  • Active and enthusiastic (enjoyment of physical activities such as walking and swimming essential): this role can be physically challenging and requires a good level of physical health
  • Comfortable with a tactile approach
  • Adaptable to different and challenging environments –readiness to handle diverse situations
  • Providing intimate personal care with dignity and respect
  • Previous experience is preferred, but not mandatory – we value your dedication and willingness to learn
  • Willingness to complete relevant qualifications – enhance your skills with our support
  • Full driving license and willingness to drive larger cars desirable

Rolling Rota System:

We understand the importance of work-life balance. Our rolling rota system is designed to provide structure while offering flexibility. While most shifts follow a preferred schedule, we are a 24-hour service so some evenings and weekends will be required to ensure comprehensive support.

We pay an hourly bonus at weekends and bank holidays to recognise the commitment that social care staff are expected to make by working unsociable hours.
