Carich Care Joins the Game

At Carich Care, we are dedicated to building a team that shares our commitment to providing excellent care.

As a company, we believe in the quality of our services, but we face the challenge of spreading the word to attract the right people to join us. Currently, Indeed has been our primary recruitment tool, and while we've successfully hired some outstanding staff through the platform, we've also had to sift through hundreds of applications to find the right fit.

To enhance our recruitment efforts and increase our visibility, we've decided to sponsor the Seven Up netball team. This exciting partnership allows us to not only support local sports but also to reach a broader audience.

Our plan is to have the team create match reports after each game, where we’ll also share updates about Carich Care, including any job vacancies. By engaging with the team and their supporters, we hope to generate more interest in our job openings.

We're encouraging all 24 team members to like and share these updates on Facebook, as well as spread the word on Instagram and other social media platforms.

As some of you may already know Carol D and Chloe play for Seven Up, so you’ll likely see their faces popping up regularly!
